I used Pavlus Travel as my travel agency for a 29-day Panama Canal and Pacific Passage Seabourn Odyssey cruise that I just completed. Specifically, Dianne Kincaid was my travel agent. Pavlus Travel Agency is totally "over the top" fantastic with the service and benefits that they provide! They discounted my cruise fare by literally thousands of dollars. Additionally, they provided (paid for) a private transfer from the airport to the hotel for my overnight stay in Miami, Florida, the night prior to my embarkation on the ship. Furthermore, they provided (paid for) the hotel AND they provided (paid for) the private transfer the morning of my embarkation from the hotel to the pier/cruise ship terminal. I booked at almost the "last moment" and Michael Steudle, their Vice President for Leisure Sales, was extremely helpful to me in making this cruise happen. I cruise frequently and this is about Seabourn cruise #15 where I've booked through Pavlus Travel. Their service and "perks" have been consistently outstanding for each and every one of the aforementioned cruises. Why oh why, did I not use Pavlus Travel for all of the cruises I've taken since the very first one in 1990??? They even sent me a very nice – unexpected – Christmas gift last December. I've used a few different travel agencies throughout the years and of all of them I would most highly recommend Pavlus Travel to anyone with future travel plans.

I have been using Pavlus for many years. I travel 3-4 times a year. My agent Carol is terrific. We just had to cancel a cruise due to a medical emergency and she had been so helpful. Their prices are great and since we cruise frequently, we can always depend on on-board-credit as an added incentive. Do not hesitate to use them.

Booked several trips with them, there prices were always better than the competition for the exact same tours. The reps were good and took care of all the details. We had a big trip canceled during Covid and they got us all our money back very quickly without any problems. I plan on continuing to use them!

We have dealt with Pavlus for many years to arrange some of our largest and best excursions. Our Travel Advisor, Dianne Kincaid is great to work with and knows our travel profile. The owner, Craig Pavlus responds to his own emails. We traveled to Russia during FIFA, and would have been stranded due to a flight cancellation. We made one call from the airport in the U.S., and the folks at Pavlus had a private car waiting in Russia for our transfer. A great online travel agency that deserves high praise for its customer service and discount pricing.

The customer service when using Pavlus for trips is outstanding. You have a dedicated agent yet anyone can help you if that person is unavailable. They don't advertise so they can give you $$ credits with your bookings. We have used them for several cruises.

Pavlus is a terrific travel agency to deal with, and our agent Michael is the best of the best. He and the whole staff are always patient and deal with every question or concern we have, from booking the trip we want (and sometimes excursions), to arranging air travel, transportation to and from the airport, and anything else that comes up. Michael always responds quickly to any email or phone call, and if some extra thing comes up regarding some foreign country requirement, he can always refer us to someone else who can help. I guess we've been dealing with Pavlus about a dozen years now, and every experience has been absolutely positive. Our most recent trip to Sicily was more challenging than usual because of Covid requirements, and initially (but no longer required) the EPL locator form. Pavlus was here again instrumental in helping us navigate whatever came up. As a result, we returned with nothing but great memories and a thousand pictures.
